With several years in the Construction industry under his belt, Matt has a strong command of the ins and outs of the life of a busy contractor. With this insight and a healthy dose of guts, he opened a recruiting business specifically geared towards general contractors and Insurance Restoration. This was how Pivotal Recruiting came to be.
When not manning the helm here, Matt enjoys time off NOT talking about work with Colleen, grilling, reading, spending time with his family, and exploring his new home state.
No such thing as spare time, no such thing as free time, no such thing as down time. All you got is life time. Go.

Colleen Snow
Colleen comes from a background of over 20 years in advertising and marketing. When the opportunity arose to take a shift in careers, she realized quickly that it was too good to pass up. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know not only the people looking for jobs but the contractors she works with. "Every one of our clients is like a friend. Really, it is more like family."
In her off time, Colleen loves running around with her family, bird watching, cooking elaborate meals for her family, reading and rearranging the furniture 9 million times.
