At Pivotal Recruiting Solutions, our goal is simple: deliver strong candidates and help you make great hires.
Over the years, we’ve learned that the most successful campaigns all have a few key things in common. Here’s how to set your campaign up for success:
We run a limited number of campaigns each week to ensure quality and focus.
To reserve your spot, we ask for confirmation by Wednesday prior to your campaign start week.
If we don’t hear from you, we may release your spot to another client—meaning your campaign could be pushed to the following week.
For best results, we recommend not running overlapping ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms during your campaign.
Multiple ads in the same market can compete with each other and dilute results—leading to fewer quality candidates for everyone.
If you’re currently advertising, just let us know so we can align strategy.
Because of this, we do not pause campaigns for vacations or time away.
If timing is a concern, we’re happy to help you choose a start week that works best for your schedule.
We handle sourcing, screening, and scheduling to get qualified candidates on your calendar.
If a candidate needs to reschedule, we ask that your team manages those adjustments directly.
This helps keep communication fast and prevents missed opportunities.
We are a service-based recruiting partner, not a placement guarantee.
What you can expect:
While we can’t guarantee hires, we work relentlessly to put you in the best possible position to make them.
Campaigns are paid upfront to secure your spot.
If payment is not received by the end of your first campaign week, your campaign may be paused.
Paused campaigns lose their reserved position and will need to be rescheduled based on availability.
We keep things straightforward:
If you’d like to continue into another month, just let us know—we’ll take it from there.
We treat every campaign like it matters—because it does.
When we combine:
✔ Your responsiveness
✔ Our recruiting process
✔ Clear expectations
That’s where the magic happens.
